- I sell ww (except the us)
- I don’t do holds unless agreed
- a video of the item/s with flash and with my @ in the background will be provided
- any damage to item/s will always be disclosed
- I do not write usernames on envelopes or put any stickers other than ‘fragile’ or ‘do not bend’ on letters/parcels that are fragile payment 
- I accept paypal through f&f (no g&s), bank transfer (uk only) and wise ! NO notes
- I do not accept cc ! shipping 
- I don’t have specific posting days, however I try to post as soon as I can!
- most item/s will be sent second class unless asked otherwise or stated differently on the post
- a packing fee of 50p will be added to the shipping price for letters and 80p for parcels
- an address check and packing proof will be sent before posting
- postage proof will be provided to you either through video or a tracking number
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail once it has been posted but I will try my best to help !
